ENHANCED LOGIN SECURITY
KEEPING YOUR ONLINE BANKING SECURE
Setting up these security measures helps us authenticate your identity and keeps your account safe.

How do I authenticate?
When logging into Online Banking, you may be asked to supply an access code, which we will send to your registered phone, or to answer the security questions if you are accessing Online Banking from a PC or device that has not been previously registered with our system. These verification measures may also be employed if a transaction is made that is suspected to be out of the ordinary for you.
Phone Based Authentication: Phone Based Authentication is the primary method we use to verify your identity if you are logging in from a PC or device that has not been previously registered with our system. The phone number you register can be used in two ways during the authentication process. Both methods yield the same result. Choose the option that best fits your needs:
- Text Message -
We will send an access code to your phone via a text message. You will then provide that access code to our site in order to authenticate.
- Voice -
An automated system will call the registered phone number and speak the access code to you. You will then provide that access code to our site to authenticate.
