Community Room Application
FSFCU is pleased to offer the free use of our Community Room to businesses and members of the community. The FSFCU Community Room located at our Headquarters Branch was established as a professional space with usage primarily intended for educational, business and training purposes. This room houses some of the latest technology and is the perfect space to host a meeting or small social event.

Room Layout
With over 750 square feet of available space, the FSFCU Community Room seats up to 61 people.
Reserving the Community Room
A rental agreement between FSFCU and the individual (point of contact) renting the Community Room must be signed before the reservation is granted. Reservations are first come first-served basis.
All reservations, setups, and arrangements should be made at least 25 days prior to the date of the event. A signed contract must be completed 2 weeks prior to the date of the rental or the date will no longer be reserved.
Recurring events/meetings can be scheduled in advance. FSFCU will only schedule dates within the same year.
The point of contact who signs the contract must attend the event and remain during the entire time. The point of contact will be held liable for clean-up and any damage that may happen to the facility.
The Community Room is generally available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, and Saturday from
9:00 am – 1:30 pm. The room is not available on Sundays.Early access to the Community Room will be allowed based on availability. Please be aware that there may be another event immediately following yours, and therefore, it is important for you to leave the facility clean and depart promptly.
For safety and security reasons, the FSFCU Community Room cannot be reserved for events where tickets are being sold to attend, or that invite or advertise to the general public.
The Community Room shall not be used for physical or other activity that may have a risk of injury or damage greater than office use.
FSFCU reserves the right to terminate the event at any time if the Community Room Restrictions & Guidelines are not met.
FSFCU reserves the right to decline the use of the community room and reservations are conditioned upon the approval of FSFCU Management. When reservation requests are submitted, it is not a guarantee or confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 2 - 5 days prior to the reservation.
Meetings are considered “no show” if the meeting room is not occupied within thirty (30) minutes of the reservation and may affect future reservations.
Room Restrictions & Guidelines
Maximum capacity is 61 people.
Equipment located outside of the Community Room and kitchen are not available for use.
Noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on credit union premises and may not be brought into the Community Room.
Parking signage must be obeyed.
An assigned FSFCU Community Room coordinator will meet you at designated location at arranged time.
Conduct
Groups are responsible for conducting their programs in an orderly fashion, for keeping noise to a reasonable level, and for safe guarding any FSFCU property used during the event.
Liability
FSFCU does not assume any liability for groups or individuals attending meetings in the Community Room, nor for equipment, supplies, materials or any personal possessions owned by them. Groups using the Community Room agree that they are liable for any damage to any FSFCU equipment or to the rooms caused by misuse, carelessness or other such acts or omissions.
Clean-Up
The point of contact using the room accepts responsibility for leaving the Community Room and/or kitchen area the way they found it.
The room and/or kitchen will be inspected after each reservation to ensure it was cleaned properly. If the room incurs any damage, is not left clean, or if FSFCU property is missing, the point of contact is subject to a minimum fee of $50 and a maximum of up to the damaged or missing amount.
Decorations
Staples, nails, tape, pins, open flames, fog machines, glitter, confetti and silly putty are prohibited in the Community Room. Use of poster gum or painter’s tape is allowed.
Fire & Safety
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the building.
Open flames (such as candles, canned ethanol, hand held blow torch, tiki burners, etc.) are prohibited
A fire extinguisher is located on the southwest wall in the kitchen area.
Use of the Kitchen
Use of the kitchen is welcome. All drinks must have a secure lid if brought into the Community Room. It is the responsibility of the group to provide plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc. for their event. Open flames and fryers are not permitted.

The point of contact acknowledges that FSFCU is not responsible for the planning, management, or execution of the event.
The point of contact agrees to clearly communicate to attendees that the event is not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with FSFCU.
The point of contact assumes all responsibility for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Community Room.
The point of contact agrees to comply with all Community Room policies and procedures as set forth by FSFCU.
