EXTERNAL TRANSFERS

MOVE YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU NEED IT

TransferNow is an account to account transfer system, built in to Online Banking. TransferNow allows you to set up, verify and then transfer funds between your Checking accounts with FSFCU and other financial institutions. Transfers are secure and processed through normal channels, making it a safe and easy way to move money to where you need it.

  • How do I make an external transfer?

    Connecting to your accounts at other institutions is easy. It can be done two ways:

    - Real Time Account Verification -

    Connects to other accounts using your Online Banking username and password for that institution. This option is available for most accounts, but relies on the other institution's support. For those that do not support it, you will be able to connect and verify your external account through Trial Deposit Verification.

    - Trial Deposit Verification -

    Uses a series of small deposits made to your external account. You are notified by email when the deposits have been made. Note: The deposits may take 1 – 2 business days to show up in your external account. You will be asked to access the account, locate the deposits and input the dollar amounts in to TransferNow to complete the verification process.

    TransferNow offers the ability to make one-time, future, or recurring scheduled transfers. Transfer delivery speed can vary based on account eligibility requirements.

    - Standard Delivery -

    Transfers will reach their destination account in 3 business days. This is the default option available to you when you first start using TransferNow. There is a cut off time of 12 AM, CST. Any transfers scheduled after this time will be reschedule for the following business day.

    - Next Day Delivery-

    Transfers in 1 business day and will be made available to those who qualify. Qualification requirements are based on your history using TransferNow, the amount you are trying to transfer and the external institution, among other things. There is a cut-off time of 7 PM, CST. Any transfer scheduled after this time will be rescheduled for the following business day.


ENHANCED LOGIN SECURITY

KEEPING YOUR ONLINE BANKING SECURE

When you enroll in Online Banking, you are required to register a phone number with our system and choose/answer security questions. Setting up these security measures helps us authenticate your identity and keeps your account safe.

  • How do I authenticate?

    When logging into Online Banking, you may be asked to supply an access code, which we will send to your registered phone, or to answer the security questions if you are accessing Online Banking from a PC or device that has not been previously registered with our system. These verification measures may also be employed if a transaction is made that is suspected to be out of the ordinary for you.

    Phone Based Authentication: Phone Based Authentication is the primary method we use to verify your identity if you are logging in from a PC or device that has not been previously registered with our system. The phone number you register can be used in two ways during the authentication process. Both methods yield the same result. Choose the option that best fits your needs:

    - Text Message -

    We will send an access code to your phone via a text message. You will then provide that access code to our site in order to authenticate

    - Voice -

    An automated system will call the registered phone number and speak the access code to you. You will then provide that access code to our site to authenticate

    Security Questions: Security Questions are a secondary method of authentication. The security questions you select are designed to be information that only you would know, so the answers should not be easily guessed. If you do not have access to a phone and cannot use Phone Based Authentication, please contact us. Security Questions may be the solution!


MONEY MANAGER

SEE THE BIG PICTURE

Money Manager is a one-stop-shop for managing and budgeting your finances. See the bigger picture by connecting to your accounts at other financial institutions and compiling it all in to customizable categories. This includes account balances, transaction histories, loans, credit cards, insurance, retirement accounts and more. Set budgets, goals and review at-a-glance charts and pie graphs to help keep you on track from month to month. It's FREE and available through Online Banking.

  • What if I use Quicken™?

    Do you prefer organizing and managing your finances using your own Personal Finance Management (PFM) software like Quicken™ or QuickBooks™?

    We can support that! Direct Connect allows you to connect to your Online Banking profile and accounts through your favorite PFM software, i.e. Quicken or QuickBooks.

    All you need to do is open your PFM software, locate FSFCU-New from the list of supported institutions, and log in using your Online Banking username and password. From then on you will have a direct connection to your account from inside Quicken or QuickBooks. You can organize/manage your accounts and even pay bills.

MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT

DEPOSIT YOUR CHECK WITH JUST A CLICK

Using your phone to deposit a check is as easy as 1-2-SNAP! Log in to our Mobile Banking app, click on Deposit, follow the instructions and take a picture of the check you want to deposit. Checks will be deposited within 24 hours, pending review.

- TIPS -

The check must be payable to the account holder.

Sign the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit Only, FSFCU" below the signature

Join in on the next evolution of Payments! Register your FSFCU credit card or debit with Apple Pay™, Android Pay™, Samsung Pay™ and leave your card in your wallet. Select your preferred provider from the list below to find out more regarding setup and how to use your phone to pay for goods and services:

  • Android Pay™

    Android Pay™ allows users to make secure, fast, and hassle free payments in-store and in-app using their mobile device as a digital wallet. Android Pay protects all of your account numbers when making a purchase by never sending your actual Credit or Debit Card number with your payment.

    Setup:

    Look for the Android Pay app on your phone or simply download it from the Google Play store*. Open the app and touch the “+” sign to add your FSFCU VISA® Debit or Credit Card. Snap a picture of your card and follow the on-screen verification steps. You may also input the card's information manually including the Security Code (CVV code) on the back of your card.

    Pay at the register:

    Look for the Android Pay symbol or the contact-less symbol at participating merchants. Unlock your device and open the Android Pay app. Tip: Make sure the NFC setting is enabled on your device. Hold your device next to the payment terminal to pay and use your fingerprint or personal Pin to verify.

    Pay on your phone:

    Look for the Android Pay symbol while in participating apps. Unlock your device. Select “Buy with Android Pay”.

  • Apple Pay™

    Apple Pay™ allows users to make secure, fast, and hassle free payments in-store and in-app using their mobile device as a digital wallet. Apple Pay protects all of your account numbers when making a purchase by never sending your actual Credit or Debit Card number with your payment.

    Setup:

    Adding your FSFCU card to Apple Pay is easy. You will need your iPhone and your Fort Sill Federal Credit Union debit or VISA® credit card. On your phone open the Wallet app and tap the plus sign. Scan your debit or VISA® Credit Card with the phones camera. You may also input the cards information manually including the Security Code (CVV code) on the back of your card. Follow the on screen instructions to validate your identity. This may include calling a number to answer verification questions or receiving a one-time passcode via email or text message. You will retrieve the one-time passcode and enter back into Apple Pay app to complete the verification process. Now you’re ready to use your Fort Sill Federal Credit Union card and Apple Pay at participating locations.

    Pay at the register:

    During checkout at any participating store, look for the PayWave or Apple Pay symbol. Hold your phone near the register's contact-less reader. Apple Pay will launch automatically. You may need to scroll to select your Fort Sill Federal Credit Union card. Tip: Make your Fort Sill Federal Credit card the default card and you won’t have to scroll to find it. Confirm identity using Touch or Face ID or enter your passcode. Once the payment has been received your phone will vibrate and beep.

  • Samsung Pay™

    Samsung Pay™ allows users to make secure, fast, and hassle free payments in-store and in-app using their mobile device as a digital wallet. Samsung Pay protects all of your account numbers when making a purchase by never sending your actual Credit or Debit Card number with your payment.

    Setup:

    Look for the Samsung Pay app on your phone or simply download it from the Samsung / Galaxy App or Google Play store*. Open the app and touch the “ADD” option to add your FSFCU VISA® Debit or Credit Card Snap a picture of your card. You may also input the card's information manually including the Security Code (CVV code) on the back of your card. Follow the on screen instructions to validate your identity. This may include calling a number to answer verification questions or receiving a one-time passcode via email or text message. You will retrieve the one-time passcode and enter back into Samsung Pay app to complete the verification process.

    Pay at the register:

    Look for the Samsung Pay symbol or the contact-less symbol at participating merchants. Unlock your device and swipe up from the home button to open the Samsung Pay widget. Or, select the Samsung Pay app icon from your home screen or app tray. Tip: Make sure the NFC setting is enabled on your device. Hover your device next to the payment terminal to pay and use your fingerprint or personal Pin to verify.

TEXT MESSAGE BANKING

IT CAN'T BE MORE CONVENIENT

When you are a Text Message Banking* user, checking your balance before making that big purchase is just a short code away…

Log in to Online Banking and select the "Mobile" option from the top of the page. Enter the phone number you will be texting from and follow the instructions to get signed up.

After you are registered, text the command “BAL” to 39872 and receive your account balance almost immediately. Text “HELP” to get a full list of commands.

TEXT FRAUD ALERTS

FAST & CONVENIENT FINANCIAL SECURITY

Text Fraud Alert is active for all of our credit/debit cardholders. It’s fast and convenient financial security, right at your fingertips! No enrollment or logging in is required. Best of all, it’s FREE!

  • How does it work?

    If we suspect a fraudulent transaction associated with your credit or debit card, a text message will be sent to you immediately. If you recognize the transaction, reply “Yes” to verify it. If the transaction is unknown to you, reply “No” to lock your card, preventing any additional fraudulent transactions. If your card is locked as a result of fraudulent activity, please contact us so we may reissue you a new card and dispute any fraudulent transactions.

    Text Fraud Alerts will be sent from a short code number 37268. If you receive an alert and decided to opt out of the service, you may reply "STOP".

    In order for this service to be effective, we must have your most current contact information in our system. You may verify your information by calling (580)353-2124, logging into Online Banking, or speaking with any of our associates at a branch location.
