Roberto L. Seda is an experienced Probate and Estate Planning Attorney serving families across Oklahoma. As the founder of Seda Law Firm PLLC, Roberto leads a team dedicated to helping clients navigate estate planning and probate matters with clarity, compassion, and legal excellence.

Roberto took a non-traditional path to the legal profession. Before law school, he held management positions for eight years with General Motors and Spirit AeroSystems. He earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Roberto remains actively engaged in shaping real property law in Oklahoma through his service on the Oklahoma Title Examination Standards Committee.

In addition to his legal work, Roberto serves as a deacon at the Central Church of Christ in Moore, Oklahoma, and is a board member for Camp Lu-Jo KISMIF, in Faxon, Okla. He also serves on the Oklahoma City Board of Adjustment, the Moore Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Foundation, and on the University Center Foundation, a ministry of the Stillwater Church of Christ. He is an active member of several sections within the Oklahoma Bar Association.
