Brenda Spencer-Ragland began her journey as a licensed REALTOR® in June 2020. Prior to entering real estate, she served as the President and CEO of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce for 18 months, following a distinguished 33-year career as a senior civilian with the United States Army. As Executive Director, she led the Chamber team to achieve 5-Star Accreditation — the first time in more than 100 years that the Chamber received this prestigious recognition.

As a licensed professional real estate agent, Brenda has been recognized as Rookie of the Year and has ranked among the Top 5 RE/MAX agents in Oklahoma.

Before retiring from her 33 years of service as a senior civilian with the Army, Brenda served as the Director of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Programs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. In this role, she had full authority to plan and direct programs and services on a complex, multi-mission military installation. Her responsibilities included oversight of non-appropriated fund resource management, Child and Youth Services, Army Community Services, and a wide range of recreation and business programs. She also served as the senior Housing Director for Family Housing, Lodging, and Barracks.

As Director, she developed organizational vision, goals, plans, and objectives, while implementing policies and procedures to support mission success and community well-being.
