Guide to Home Buying Seminar
Brenda Spencer-Ragland brings over three decades of leadership and public service to her role as a licensed realtor, a journey she began in June 2020. Since entering the real estate industry, Brenda has been recognized as RE/MAX® Rookie of the Year and ranked among the top five agents in Oklahoma—testaments to her commitment, professionalism, and passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Before transitioning to real estate, Brenda served as President and CEO of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce. During her 18-month tenure, she led the Chamber to earn a prestigious 5-Star Accreditation—an achievement not reached in the organization’s 100-year history.
Brenda retired from federal service after 33 years as a senior civilian with the United States Army. Her final role was Director of Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) Programs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where she managed a broad portfolio including Child and Youth Services, Army Community Services, Family Housing, Lodging, Barracks, and a diverse range of recreation and business programs. She was responsible for developing the organization’s vision, strategic goals, and operational policies on one of the Army’s most complex and multi-mission installations.
Brenda’s leadership experience, dedication to community, and proven track record of excellence uniquely position her to serve her clients with integrity, care, and a deep understanding of service.
