The upgrade will now utilize email or SMS multi-factor authentication, rather than asking security questions to verify our members.

Yes, you can log in with your old username. You will need your username to create a new 14-digit password.

Yes. On November 13, 2024, Android users will need to uninstall their current app, and download the new app in Google Play.
iPhone users will need to update their current app.

Current members enrolled in Online Banking will not have to re-enroll. The only item that is required to change is a new password. Requirements for the new password is 14 characters long.
The new password must not be the same as the last 10 passwords.

If you are current user of our Online Banking service, you will not have to re-enroll if you already have a username established in our system.
If you are having difficulties logging in, you may visit any branch location or call our Contact Center at (580) 530-4123 to troubleshoot the issue.

We recommend that you check your email spam or junk folder. Unfortunately, if the email is not in your folder and FSFCU is closed, you will have to wait until the next business day to speak with an FSFCU associate.

If you forgot your password, you may click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You may then follow the prompts to reset your password.

No, Bill Pay will not be affected. The bill payees will transfer from the old system to the new one.

TransferNow and Text Message Banking services will no longer be available to our members.

A fee may apply depending on the payee’s terms and conditions.
FSFCU will review it on a case-by-case situation to determine if late charges are able to be compensated.
